8. AI and Automation Disclaimer
Hawk Site Amp provides AI-generated outputs and automation features as tools to assist — not replace — human judgment. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or content that requires review. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before using it in your business.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Hawk Site Amp does not guarantee specific business outcomes including revenue, search rankings, traffic, conversions, lead generation, or other performance results. Platform features are provided as tools to support your goals; results depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may experience downtime, maintenance windows, vendor interruptions, or technical issues. We will communicate planned maintenance where reasonably possible.
11. Intellectual Property
Hawk Site Amp owns its platform design, internal systems, branding, templates, software structure, tools, and original materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Hawk Site Amp intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of your own content and materials provided to us. Any use of Hawk Site Amp branding, templates, or platform assets outside the intended service scope requires prior written consent.
12. Termination
Hawk Site Amp may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion in cases including but not limited to: nonpayment of fees, violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, security risk, unlawful activity, or extended account inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when possible. Termination does not waive your obligations for outstanding balances.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hawk Site Amp and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or services — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hawk Site Amp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
